Terms, Conditions & Privacy Statement
All members of BannerPush are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- In order to use this website, a user must first complete the order form in which
you will need to give your contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to process
your order and for the services offered on our site.
- This web site may contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are
not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave
our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.
- All members and users of BannerPush and Banner Push Exchange are required
to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone determined by BannerPush to have violated these terms and
conditions are subject to being banned from BannerPush with no prior notice and with no obligation by BannerPush
to redeem any earned credits.
- BannerPush reserves the right to deactivate accounts for web sites that display
an inordinate number of banners for or links to competing banner exchange services. Sites that contain little or
no original content, are also subject to deactivation.
- Any member determined to be artificially inflating traffic counts will be immediately
banned from the Exchange with no recourse.
- Any member determined to be "substituting" unapproved banners in place
of approved banners will be immediately banned with no further recourse.
- Members agree to include the full unmodified HTML code provided by BannerPush
for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. BannerPush reserves the right
to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code through any means.
- Members acknowledge that BannerPush is a free service that may be supported by
sponsors. At any given time, BannerPush HTML code on a member's web site may display an advertisement from a sponsor,
from another member, or from BannerPush or an asociate thereof.
- All HTML codes must be placed on a page so that the majority of people visiting
that page will see the banner ads that are being shown.
- The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in BannerPush Banner
Exchange: Sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal
activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged
in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited
e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate. BannerPush at its sole discretion will determine whether sites may
participate in BannerPush.
- Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic
counts, etc.) may be utilized by BannerPush. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest
sites, lists of member sites, etc.
- All members acknowledge that using the services of BannerPush is at their own
risk.
- BannerPush makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy,
or timeliness of it's services
- Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject
to being banned from BannerPush.
- BannerPush agrees to hold member information in confidence, except as noted above.
